Planning: Planning is the most important function at my workplace in the sense that we need to devise plans in advance for various critical function for my division, ie, plans to acquire new clients, exploring new territories for business development, plans to provide maximum return on the investments of existing plan, plans to enhance the customer service, etc.
Planning provides us a sense of direction in our business development efforts. With the help of effective plans, I can guide my sales team to achieve better results. I can also provide the best possible customer service to my existing clients with proper planning.
