Currently, Thomas M. Schoewe is international financial manager of Wal-Mart, Inc. He holds the positions of chief financial officer (CFO) and executive vice president in Wal-Mart. He is responsible for accounting, tax, treasury, internal auditing & business planning, insurance, benefit management, risk management & global security, financial services, and other key areas of Wal-Mart (Wal-mart All-Star Collectible Cards: Tom Schoewe, CFO, 2010).
