This team should work well together since there are a variety of strengths that can be utilized. Not all of those strengths will work well for team work, but with the correct charter points there will be a way to resolve issues and conflicts.
The first thing I see is that there are listening deficits among several of the members. While the scale shows them as high, at least two of the people are close to the 41 number at the low end of high listening skills and two fall below 40.
