The challenges faced by the business as it grows will be the requirement for more buildings to house more senior citizens. Not only should real estate be available, it should be affordable. The newly purchased housing should then be converted into homes for seniors. The challenge will be to get capital for the growth of the business. There are other challenges as well. The status of several inmates may change leading to problems. For example, the status of some persons changes to Medicaid. This means the money available to the center decreases.
