IT helps to solve problems more efficiently and with less cost. The transition from paper is much more organized and accurate. It helps manage daily task, helps to manage their books (Quickbooks, accounting software), provide faster communication.

This helps companies communicate better through smart phones/handheld computers. Wireless technologies enable organizations to become more mobile, they can take their documents on the road with them, and also read and send e-mails from any location, update customer contacts to the central database and most importantly they can have access to all customer interaction anywhere, anytime. There is no longer need for employees to be attached to their desktops in the office.
