In this role the Human Resource Management actively contributes to the development of the global organization's strategic objectives and plan. For instance, if a global organization is assessing the possibility of setting up operations in a South East Asian country, Human Resource Management assesses the personnel costs and opportunities of setting up operations in that country. When the actual operations are set up in a foreign country, the Human Resource Management recruits, rewards and develops personnel evaluation systems suitable for that country.
