A traditional organizational culture is more of a hierarchical structure that looks at business from a top-down structure. It is a vertical structure and has a very clear chain of command. For example, in an organization, there may be a CEO, then a President, then Vice President, then Directors, then Managers and then Staff. That is a very simplistic example but it shows the hierarchy of the structure.
