Organizational climate change due to a focus on team work efforts can be accredited to many organizations' success in the past few decades. Just by nature of the expansion of business organizations like this, it is imperative that organizations welcome the method of team work in the work environment. Team work can be the "standard of excellence" and symbol of a "unified commitment" by a group of focused workers/employees for the success of any good organization.
