I think every profession is influenced by the political correctness of the their organizations, at least to some degree. It is hard to work within or accomplish goals within a company without at least some influence from their coworkers, managers and corporate culture. Unless of course the work in isolation without input or comments from others, hearing or participating in company meetings, functions, or planning.
