Since the 1979 One-Child Act was enforced, it has become a crime for a woman to conceive a child without permission, and a so-called "unregistered" child will be aborted, or even killed at birth. My team and I are creating Save the Children Foundation to help with this issue, we are creating an adoption agency that is link to the U.S.
