Nature of the team
It was a research team consisting of five people. There was a supervisor among the team members, who was responsible for the work of the entire team. She had to give final report to the management. Two people were responsible for the researching part and two were responsible for writing and editing the report. Except for the supervisor, everyone was at par. Analysis had to be done in consultation with the entire team including the supervisor. The final report was thoroughly checked and approved by the supervisor before presenting to the management.
