Basically, it's always a challenge to motivate individuals that have to go through certain forms of training, testing, or education that don't really want to be there, but instead have to be there. There are several benefits to motivating employees in this respect, if we can find ways to encourage the employees to "want" to attend mandatory training. It makes for a more productive training session, which is the best possible outcome. When employees want to be at training or when students want to attend training, it makes the students more efficient and 100% of the material taught to the students will be more efficient and productive.
