The military's medical facilities appear to be designed for maximum logistics efficiency. The only thing I would change is blocking access to this confidential information. Often times, terrorists study government agencies and militaries of their opponents; and this kind of information should not be easily accessible. It should be confidential like the FBI or CIA's data, per se.
