The goal of any training session is to ensure that the learning objective was conveyed accurately and efficiently to trainees. In doing so, the accurate and efficient training is taken back to the work environment and employed by trainees to improve individual and organizational performance. Below we'll review case 5-2, Training in Action, and how this situation executes the transfer of training that took place during a three-day workshop on interviewing skills for an executive research firm.
