The author in this article, attempts to provide a solid team learning experience that can translate to other classes and other instructors. The focus is collaborative learning and is a subject identified as both needed and frustrating for students and instructors. The instructors find it appealing because the level of grading drops due to the learning team approach that limits the project to groups rather than individuals. Instructors do have to monitor and control conflict within the groups. Students find group projects frustrating for many reasons, not the least of which is the group members who participate in only limited capacity.
