To do this an organization might use examples that connect with information that trainees are already familiar with, or use lots of visual aids (Dessler, 2015). Another example would be showing how the training provided actually transfers to the tasks that will be performed in the position. He also suggests making skills transfer easy by providing lots of opportunity for trainees to practice, showing each step of a process, and highlighting important parts of the job.
