Make sure you address the issue of whether and under what circumstances employees should expect to be terminated only for cause or employers should be able to employ "at will."

From one perspective the legal environment of employment is stifling with a large number of statutes and regulations. On the other hand from another perspective, the employment laws are comprehensive and provide a relatively 'safe' work environment and protect the rights of workers.
