While working in retail I have experienced leaders to practiced not only nepotism, but pressured incumbent employees to abandon their jobs in order to facilitate it. In this example the practice of both ethical and unethical leadership were demonstrated. The retail industry's sales force is higher during the period from October to January when the holiday season drives the market. During this time more temporary positions are created, as well as part-time positions.
