FIRST STEP
? I will first clarify the purpose of making the presentation and the role of my presentation in satisfying the needs of the new employees.
? I will develop my presentation so that the new employees easily understand every insurance option I describe to them.
? Further, will make the presentation as relevant to the new employees as possible;
? I will explain to them the need for understanding each insurance and benefits option and selecting the right insurance and benefits package, the gains they have from making the correct selection and the drawbacks if they do not make the right choice.
? I will also apprise the new employees of my role in the insurance selection and benefits administration.
? I will use logic to explain each insurance and benefits option and how and why they should make a proper selection.
