For the purpose of this study I am comparing a Basic Cell phone Plans with 3 different Cell Phone Providers; Bell Mobility, Koodo Mobile and Telus Mobility. All three companies are advertising a $15/month plan, but after further investigating, there are some significant differences between these plans and what the providers are offering.

Total Monthly fee with one-time charge for activation, for these plans for all three providers without any long distance and any extras (other than what is included in the plan) is: Bell Mobility = $59.70, Telus Mobility = $57.70 and Koodo Mobile = $15 ...
