The human resource functions, if combined with the statistical functions like data analysis and evaluation can help in the organization in achieving its business objectives in a systematic and well processed manner. Now a days, firms are rapidly and increasing moving beyond the traditional Human Resource systems and are preferring the use of statistical techniques for the easier and rapid calculation of the assumptions, evaluation of current performance and predictions of data for the future. For this, they are taking the help of HR information systems, Intranet and Internet technologies and computerization of the various H.R tasks (Fitz-Enz, 2010). Therefore, we can say that the efficient and systematic use of statistical methods in various human resource functions like; hiring, turnover, performance management, training, culture assessments, and other dashboard indicators of overall health and performance of the employee group etc. Can help the H.R managers in achieving easier and problem-less achievement of the organizational objectives (Fisher, Schoenfeldt & Shaw, 2004).
