Using this hypothesis does the average selling price of a home with a pool differ from the average selling price of a home without a pool? I need to conduct a nonparametric test using the Friedman Test performing the 5-step hypothesis test on the data to either accept of reject H0. The Friedman test uses two factors. Could use size in addition to pool to satisfy the two factor requirement. Data set attached.

Be sure to include raw data tables and the results of the computations if you use a graphical or tabular methods of displaying data and results.
