The company is a service organization. It provides education, advocacy, and research on disability, especially developmental disabilities. The company provides supported living coaches and employment coaches so the disabled can live independently in their own homes, controlling their lives. We manage funding opportunities through grants for parents and self advocates to attend conferences, workshops, and other types of training for people to learn more about the disabilities in their lives. We also do evaluations for vocational rehabilitations to help people find work they can do and maintain productive lives.
