Need help with the following topic!!!

Examine several social groups or organizations to which you belong or have belonged (school, government, family, religious, special interest club, and so forth). Explain the role of the group and the social functions it supports or promotes. Be sure to define the groups that you select in terms of primary and secondary classifications. If you can deem the group can a reference group, consider how this group affects or has affected your life personally and/or professionally? If you select any organizations for your analysis, consider Weber's five characteristics of an ideal bureaucracy and suggest which (if any) of the characteristics are directly applicable to your organization. From personal experience, examine the positive and negative ramifications of operating within a bureaucratic structure. I need about 800 words!!! Thank you.

Relationships in such groups have a personal orientation, like my family, with intimate, kin-based relationship (Macionis, 2005). Families commonly last for years, and provide face to face interaction. The role my family played was social interaction, intimacy and closeness that provided safety and love. My family was cohesive and supportive of family members, meaning that I also learned how to support other family members.

For example, one of my family values was the importance of and need for having a good education in order to have a good life, which I used to evaluate and make decisions about how I evaluated education as being important to my success in life. This impacted my behavior in ...
