Solution: Insufficient lighting and poor lighting can have effects on the human body such as: eye strain, headaches, migraines, and in some cases depression. It is easier to stay on track when you have the correct lighting, which does not cause a glare on the computer screen. Research shows that halogen bulbs (daylight) offer better clarity, whereas, fluorescent tends to be draining (1).
