Mohd & Rabbi (2010) provides an example explaining that an argument needs reasoning. For example, one believes that it is the responsibility of a government to take care of the individual. On the other hand, one may believe it is the individual's responsibility to take care of his own welfare. Thus, there is a value conflict. as people give different opinions to each conflict. For instance, a typical conflict includes factors such as loyalty, honesty, cooperation and competition (sduh.net).
