Post traumatic Growth (PTG) can be defined as personal resilience evidence that comes with a person being able to absorb facing difficult trials in life at a stage when they may considered deeply hurt or set back. Post traumatic growth leads people to overcome their adversities and tribulations in several different ways. PTG occurs after complex bereavement or grieving takes place over time. Typically, sudden personal losses and concomitant health decline leads towards spiritual strengthening.
