I am looking for a diagnosis, rationale for that diagnosis, and a preliminary treatment plan:

Jesus is a 28-year old Hispanic male who lives alone. Jesus' family describes him as having been a loner all his life. He does not show any emotion and his co-workers describe him as "a cold fish". He has never had a girlfriend and states he likes living alone. He works as a computer programmer. He has his own office and rarely comes out of it while working. He does not socialize with any of his colleagues and only goes to staff meetings if he is required to. He works hard and his supervisor says that while he is aloof, he does a great job so the supervisor does not care that he is not engaging with others. His only friend is Gelasico who he has known since kindergarten. Jesus states he is content and "avoids the highs and lows of life."
