Motivation first and foremost comes from within. I was brought up with a strong work ethic. I live by the saying "If you are going to do something, do it well". This has always been my guide so I am self motivated. I find this lacking in so many young people today. They are dependent on outside motivators. I will be grouping motivators into what the worker can do and what the bosses or administrators can do.
