After working as a public school educator for 13 years, I do deem intelligence tests as biased against members of minority groups. The testing language is more upper middle class, in my opinion, so it automatically hinders groups that do not have the same type of linguistics within their homes or daily lives. I see it more as a socioeconomic bias, not just a cultural or racial one.
