Personal/Professional Goals
For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to pursue a career that would allow me to make a difference in the lives of children, particularly those that are disadvantaged or at-risk in some way. The majority of my academic and professional experiences thus far have centered on that goal. By obtaining a _____ degree in Psychology with a _____________ specialization from Walden University, I can advance my career in that direction even further. The program will prepare me to apply psychological knowledge and concepts, and to conduct and analyze relevant research for the purpose of ensuring that children grow up healthy, nurtured, safe and well educated.
