No, I do not believe that biological psychology or environmental influences have a greater impact on sexual differentiation and gender identity. This is because it is all in how a person is raised. As one may note, this is the nature versus nurture debate. Nowadays many believe that it comes from the environment, when this is not the case. A person decides for himself or herself on their orientation. The environment has some impact, but it all comes down to the individual. He or she sees if their parents gender orientation, and decides for themselves if that is how he or she wants to live.
