Purple line is the graph of x - 2y = 7.
We can see that lines are intersecting at one point so this system has unique solution.
x - 2y = 7--------------(i)
3x + y = 7--------------(ii)
Multiply (ii) by 2 and add to (i), we will get
7x = 21
x = 3
Substitute value of x in equation (i), we will get
3 - 2y = 7
Subtract 3 to each side, we will get
-2y = 4
y = -2
