Multiply.

I need to evaluate 2 2
(-2x) and -2x when x=3.

Solution:

Plugin x =3 in (-2x)^2, we get

(-2(3))^2 => (-6)^2 => 36

and plugin x=3 in -2x^2

-2(3)^2 => -2(9) => -18

2
2. 2x when x=5 and when x= -5

Solution:

Plugin x=5 in 2x^2, we get

2x^2 = 2(5)^2 => 2(25) = > 50

Plugin x= -5 in 2x^2, we get

2x^2 => 2 (-5^2) => 2(-25) => -50

Rewrite the division as a ...
