(1) Is it (2^3 / 10^-2) - (2 / 7^-2)? In that case ...
Given expression = 8 * 10^2 - 2 * 7^2 = 800 - 98 = 702
(2) Given expression = p^45 p^-24 / (p^-8 p^-20) = p^21 / p^-28 = p^49
(3) 9.3 * 10^-5 is in scientific notation. In decimal notations, this is 0.000093.
(4) 8 * 10^6 is in scientific notation. In decimal notations, this is 8000000.
(5) Given expression = 1/(4 * 10^15) = 0.25 * 10^-15 = 2.5 * 10^-16
(6) Radius = Diameter/2 = 1.3 * 10^-12 /2 = 0.65 * 10^-12 = 6.5 * 10^-13 meters.
