Factoring with Polynomials

I recently completed a large algebra assignment in which I got 5 answers wrong.

It would be helpful to me for someone to correctly do these 5 problems with showing their work so that I can see where I went wrong

Factor the following polynomials

4s+6st-14st

Take out the s
s(4+6t-14t2)

All numbers even; take out a 2
2s(2+3t-7t2)

Use quadratic formula to factor. Discriminant is 65 so roots are irrational. Polynomial is factored as far as it can be.
