No the two documents I found on the Smoking Gun Web site should not be made available to the public. The reasons are that in the interrogation notes of Lee Harvey Oswald there are many statements made by Lee that are factually incorrect and are publicly known to be so. These replies of Lee actually provide examples of how a criminal can systematically deny criminal charges and frustrate the investigation of the police. Further in case of Osama bin Laden Military Studies in Jihad Against the Tyrants, the document is incendiary, misleading and can instigate violence.
