Analytical tools that can be used to help with determining if organizations are achieving their vision and goals include ADDIE, HPT, and Gagne's models of assessment for organizations. These tools are analytical in nature because they utilize systematic approaches toward assessing if adaptive strategies are improving productivity and competency by analyzing the efficacy of organizations' and their approach to change. If the organizational change has effectively been adapted within the organization, the desired change will be assessed through the use of ADDIE, Human Performance Technology, and Gagne's to assess the organizational productivity in regard to how the organization has been capable of adapting strategic goals and for achieving their desired vision for change within the organization. These models utilize methodical procedures for appropriating strategic change within the company by using selection, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation to analyze the efficacy of adaptive strategy.
