Yes, health care policy can shape the way in which social institutions are viewed by a population group in that it can affect many population groups. One of the risen population groups are the aging elderly whose population depends on health care and its policy. One of the main focus of the health care policy is ensuring an adequate response from health systems. This mean that a better "coordination of care across health and social services." (1) New measures must be developed to allow more medical care and treatments outside of hospitals as many older people remain in hospital inappropriately. The hospitals must developed new health care policy measures that reduce the risk of disease and promote the maintenance of function, confidence, and engagement to support healthy aging and ease the pressure on health care systems. There are health promotion and disease prevention programs that specifically target the main causes of morbidity and premature mortality from diseases like obesity, hypertension, and mental health. The new health care measures must include physical exercises and social involvement
