    One benefit that a web based forum provides to the patient is the benefit of the patient being able to communicate with their healthcare provider at the time that is most convenient for them. In addition, this is a means by which patients can receive a great deal of information from a plethora of different healthcare providers at any given time, and to be able to sort and utilize this information in the order that is most pertinent to addressing their healthcare situation.
