a. Universal coverage-Providing everyone to access to medicines and services. Universal coverage means that everyone would have health care insurance and be able to receive proper care. Therefore, the health care concept would be a reality and within reach of everyone.
b. People Centered-Providing holistic primary care for individuals-People centered health care means the health care organization recognizes the need to not only service the patient, but to also provide quality care to the patient, thereby satisfying the patient in all aspects.
c. Inclusive leadership-Increasing the involvement of all stakeholders. The more involved and invested individuals feel that they are in a health care organization, the more likely they are to seek for its success.
d. Health in all policies-Ensuring all institutions include health in their policy. Because in our society we deal with all types of institution, and because good health (or lack of) encompasses all areas of one's life, it is important to address it and make it a priority in all institutions in order to maintain efficiency.

This bill addresses the component of Universal Coverage. It is aimed at providing health care coverage for all by making supply and services accessible and affordable. The purpose of this bill is to "provide affordable, quality health care for all Americans and reduce the growth in health care spending, and for other purposes." (Everyone Can be an Insider, 2009). In summary, the purpose of the bill is to ensure that the health care concept would be a reality and within reach of everyone, hence universal coverage for all.
