Dear Chairman :

If you need me to cover the morning shift, I'll need to request to have additional two AC slot in the roof of my office. The sun in the morning is too hot which reflect less cold air inside the office, in addition to the work stress cause tension and a cold air is a vital in a working area. I don't have enough Oxygen to breath or I have breathing difficulties during the morning shift, for that reason I need to request an additional two AC slot in the roof of my office and kindly ask the AC technician to increase the air pushing function for my office. If this request is not possible to be performed or an alternative solution, then I do apologize for not being able to come to office from 08-11 AM.
