There is a fee for posting jobs on the site. However, finding this information before you go through the trouble of signing up and creating the profile is not easy to find. The prices are listed, but it takes a bit of searching. The ease for job seekers is much better and it does post alerts for job seekers. For employers, they can post jobs, get information about resumes', attend webinars, search resumes', and have job applicants sent directly to the company's site. Most of this costs money. The resume search is free, the contact costs per person.
