Be sure to use AT LEAST 3-5 references to scholarly literature. The references should be properly cited in the text.
First, a citation occurs in two places: in-text and on a References (APA) or a Works Cited (MLA) terminal page in the paper. Your posting does not specify which citation formatting protocol is the one that you are expected to use in this class assignment.
To effectively address this assignment, first I recommend that you search online for Web-based resources of a scholarly nature that you can include. Peer-reviewed journal articles are probably best, but it will depend on what you can locate. Choose any search engine you prefer to conduct your research - using more than one will return different quality hits, as each engine employs slightly different criteria for its resources.
This link (http://redfame.com/journal/index.php/jets) is a journal directly related to your essay topic: The Journal of Education and Training Studies. It is the home page for a database of journal issues, each of which contains many articles which you might choose to cite for this essay.
Look for articles that have information you can quote or paraphrase for your paper. PLEASE NOTE that these citations are NOT APA or MLA, as I was unsure which you might be required to use. Please adjust the citation to match the required protocol if you use any of the resources I located and cited here.
