There is not better incentive at work, school, or home than a good reward! This is because rewards encourage a desired behavior in a mentee, and at the same time provides positive reinforcement from a mentor. People respond to rewards in a positive way. They want to do their best because they will receive something of value for doing so. Therefore, an effective reward program can positively boost the morale of an organization (or a school) by reinforcing desired good behaviors.
