As a teacher, in 400 words or more, what is your classroom management implementation plan like, how do you present your classroom rules, routines, and procedures logically introduced and conveyed to students in a consistent manner throughout the school year.
I am a kindergarten of 20 years. I have only taught kindergarten. I love everything about kindergarten and continue to be inspired by the children I teach every year. I believe they are the real reason why I have continued to work on this grade level. They are precious. They love school. They love their teacher.
My classroom management implementation plan begins each new school year with an information packet for parents. This packet covers a variety of issues which sets the tone for the school year. I find by taking the time to prepare the packets I have fewer problems with parents during the school year. Students also seem to perform more confidently by having this packet go home ahead of the first day of school. I believe many parents talk with their children about this packet. This packet is something I have used from year to year; however, I do change and update information as needed. The following is a description of the Kindergarten Classroom Management Plan.
