It is important to remember that when you are giving feedback to a student or learner it should be given in a timely manner. Feedback also should be corrective, constructive, and instructive. This means that the feedback should contain suggestions that are specific to the student or learners work. It should explain what the student did incorrectly and what should be done to correct it. Once feedback is given, this information can then be used to contribute to information that is used in the training sessions.
