It is very important for corporate companies to follow proper code of ethics. This is quite essential as it would have long term benefits for these companies. As recently published in the Harvard Journal (2007), fraud and unethical practices at companies such as Enron and WorldCom, have brought the issue of corporate ethics into limelight and have also raised several ethical questions, of whether companies have any moral and ethical code which they follow, and if they do have such a code, are they following it?

These questions made me to conduct research on one such company, with which I was involved for some time. The company I am going to mention about is the largest IT Company in Albania called InfoSoft Systems. The reason I picked up this company and country is because Albania is a country in transition, where people have very little idea about corporate ethics in general. Hence, I felt as an IT major it would be pretty interesting case study, and also to see the code of ethics followed by the company.
