    Measurements on the open-circuit cell as the figure shown below (see attached) indicate that when the partial pressure of H2 is 0.9 atm and that of HCl is 0.01 atm, the electromotive force is E = 0.011V at T=298.15K. Calculate the standard potential, E.

    Note: Faraday constant (F) = 96.485*10^3 C mol^-1, R = 8.31 J K^-1 mol^-1
