Prepare a SWOT analysis report on the use of information technology (IT) and strategic management within a public sector entity. Keep in mind that if you choose to search for an article, the article itself does not have to be focused on IT or strategic management. As a public administrator, you will be evaluating the use of those items within the article.

- A strategic plan from the public sector
- A government agency
- An organization in the public sector
- A public sector entity of your choice
Begin the report with a brief description about the public sector entity and what you specifically decided to evaluate.

- Briefly describe the entity and the focus of the analysis
- Strengths for IT and strategic management
- Weaknesses for IT and strategic management
- Opportunities for IT and strategic management
- Threats for IT and strategic management
- The details of the SWOT analysis
- A chart to represent the four aspects of a SWOT analysis. How would you visually represent this data in a report (i.e., consider ranking the results of the analysis)?
- Recommendations based on the SWOT analysis (i.e., what should change, what should stay the same, and what else could the entity try to improve performance?)
